Thank you for considering a Starshine Puppy as a new addition to your family! We are excited to be working closely with you on this new venture in your life and we will do everything possible to ensure you are getting the best possible puppy for your family and the best possible future home for our Springer Spaniels. We also want you to ask us any questions you may have. We want you to feel totally comfortable doing business with us!
To begin the adoption process you must first submit a Puppy Application Questionnaire. After we have reviewed your application we will contact you via email to let you know you have been approved.
Our puppies cost $2500. We ask for a signed copy of our puppy Reservation Agreement and a non-refundable reservation fee of $500 that is credited towards the purchase price of the puppy. (Please do NOT send a reservation fee without an approved application) This will hold your place on our reservation list. Your place on the waitlist for each litter is prioritized by the date your reservation fee was paid.
We accept 5-6 deposits on each litter prior to their birth and will start a waiting list for any additional puppies that are born. Our wait for a puppy is approximately 6 months to a year depending on the color or sex you are waiting for. We do not require a reservation fee for the additional waiting list spots.
We keep in close contact with those who have reserved a puppy. We let you know when the dogs have bred, when the puppies have been born, and the number of boys and girls. We will update our website frequently with pictures.
Once you are on the approved reservation list, we typically allow you pick out your puppy at around 2 weeks old.
Final payment must be made and a sales Contract signed to receive your puppy at or before pick up at eight weeks old.
For the safety and health of our puppies we cannot receive visits until our puppies reach five weeks of age. We will update frequently with new pictures and video. Although this is not quite the same and waiting can be hard, your puppy will thank you! Please join our Facebook and Instagram pages so as not to miss out on a single moment!

Puppies must be picked up around 8 weeks of age. If not possible Starshine Puppies will charge you an additional $20 per day to board your pup.
HEATH GUARANTEE
Our puppies are guaranteed that for a period of 2 years from the date of birth of puppy, the puppy will not have or develop hereditary heart defects, hip dysplasia and/or cataracts. Buyer must have the condition confirmed by the OFA at 18 months of age. No claim will be considered prior to 18 months of age.
This guarantee does not include bacterial or viral infections. We cannot control what your puppy comes in contact with at its new home.
Due to the varying kinds of food and different environmental conditions the puppies come in contact with; and the fact that all puppies have immune systems that take time to mature, we highly recommend NuVet Plus® immune system builder to help them maintain optimal health.
